January 2007
- Adventures at Daycare - With Mommy headed back to work, Kate now spends part of the week with her buddy, Samuel and his mom Jill, and Mondays/Fridays with Grandma Mary.
- Evicted from Mom & Dad's room... on her own in her crib!
February/March
- First Fundraiser! Celebrating philanthropy early, Kate joins Mom & Dad for her first official fundraiser to pitch the Children's HeartLink campaign... well at least while she was outside of the womb -- she helped with Mom's golf and tennis tourneys, as well as attending her first black tie gala while mom was 8 months pregnant.
- Sleeping through the night at 4 months
- Lots of birthday parties for family and friends.
- Enjoys the exersaucer, story-time, and studying her little fingers and hands. Favorite spot is to lay on the tables when Mom & Dad are out to eat.
April
- Happy Easter! Celebrated with Grandma Julie & Grandpa Bob, Joe & Lorna, Jill, Ben & Samuel. Watched her first egg hunt in a snow suit... 35degrees in MN!?!
- The highchair... finally a big girl and able to catch it all from her new perch!
- Gourmet meals... cereal, formula and water from the sippy cup
- Lots of chatting and singing, and LOVES watching herself in the mirror
- Peek-a-boo and "so big" are among our favorite games
